Reach designed the new brand mark for PLP
The brand mark features a stylised warehouse roof
PLP is a specialist UK logistics and industrial property business. They develop and manage prime UK logistics real estate on behalf of institutional capital partners, and have in-house management expertise in acquisitions, planning and development, leasing and asset management.
PLP take their ESG commitments very seriously, a fact that was not fully reflected on their website. A request to Reach to “add ESG to our website and update it a bit” prompted a full site audit and recommendation that they required a new website. They agreed.
The PLP was comprehensively redeveloped to make it both attractive and reactive
Reach implemented an easy to update CMS allowing the client to make detailed updates themselves
Industrial developers need to reach out to two key audiences: investors and occupiers. Their websites must work for both. For potential occupiers, and the industrial agents that advise them, we developed a vastly improved property portfolio section for PLP. This enabled visitors to search for properties based on a range of criteria such as location, availability etc. It also enabled them to view track record schemes. Easy to navigate, it is now also easy for the client to update content – a key requirement.
For both groups, purpose and values are increasingly important considerations when deciding who to do business with. PLP’s ESG commitments have been given the profile they need on the new site. Six pages covering Environment, Social Strategy, Governance, Carbon Net Zero, Offsetting, and Case Studies now showcase the centrality of ESG to their corporate decision making.
Reflecting the transition to remote working during the pandemic, the PLP site still looks great on a phone
